Refund policy

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. We want you to love your Reacher Tag flowers, plants and decor, so if something isn't right, please reach out.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Unused, undamaged and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without our prior approval

How to start a return

  1. Email us at reachertag@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before you receive these instructions, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable service.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at reachertag@hotmail.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Order cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing reachertag@hotmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned under this policy.
