Shipping policy

Reacher Tag ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally, and orders with a shipping address outside the U.S. will be cancelled and refunded.

Processing and delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and the holidays. If your order will ship later than estimated, we will email you with an updated date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. You will see the total shipping cost before you pay.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at reachertag@hotmail.com and we will try to update it before your order ships.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. If your package hasn't arrived 30 days after the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will help locate it or arrange a replacement or refund.

Items that arrive damaged are covered under our Refund Policy: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
